Know your flow: Love Luna FIRST for teens and tweens have 4 clever layers to lock everything away and keep you dry, comfy and confident. These FIRST briefs are designed for medium flow coverage and can absorb 15-20ml (3-4 regular tampons). Wear them on their own or as a backup - once you know your flow.

Just rinse your LL briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after wearing until the water starts to run clear, then pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).

• Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.
