OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY IS 14 DAYS -TERMS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY
I want to cancel my order:
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days to notify us of your intention to cancel after your items have been delivered. You then have 14 days from your notification to return the items.
Please include in your parcel your name and order number to indicate why you are returning your items to us. You are responsible for paying for postage to return the item to us. This cost will not be refunded.
Please carefully package the items, enclosing your name and order number with why you wish to return and post to:

All items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and must be in a resalable condition. In addition to the original packaging, all tags and labels should be attached.
Please note due to the nature of hosiery and underwear products we are not able to accept items that have been worn or tried on for a full refund. Any items that are returned to us that have been tried on we reserve the right to retain up to and including 100% of the refund value. We will not accept returns on underwear or hosiery that upon inspection, have been opened and tried on. If you are under any doubt, please contact us here: help@simplyhosieryonline.co.uk
Once we have received your items we will refund you, this will be done as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days. Please check with your original payment method for details, We will send a notification when the refund has been issued.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund any postage costs, as this is a service received upon delivery of goods and not related to the goods themselves and includes standard 24 and 48 post, Next Day, Express, Saturday or other premium component of any delivery charge.
This does not apply to items that are deemed faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied.
My item is not what I expected:
For a full refund all items must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened, within 14 days of delivery. Please note due to the nature of hosiery and underwear products we cannot accept items that have been worn for a refund.
You are responsible for paying the correct postage costs and are responsible for the items until they are received by us.
Please pack your items carefully.
Please do not use food carrier bags or food boxes to return items. They will be rejected. This is in the interests of others health and safety.
You must obtain proof of posting. We do not cover original postage costs or return costs.
We do not offer returns after 14 days from delivery for change of mind.
My item is damaged:
If upon opening and first inspection, your item has a manufacturing defect, please follow the process as outlined in the cancellation advice above. Once we have received the returned items we will issue a full refund including return postage (second class standard only, no other additional service will be refunded) within 14 days.
We do not provide pre-paid labels. Our return address is as above.
Please ensure you obtain proof of posting / post office receipt in case of loss, as we cannot be held responsible for loss in the postal system.
Need To exchange your item?
We don’t offer exchanges. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order! All returned items will be refunded once received at our warehouse, if they qualify.
Please Note: Hygiene and our customers’ safety is extremely important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds.
After opening, it your responsibility to examine the item carefully and note any faults before trying on and or wearing.
Items must be returned in the condition as received in an unworn / unused condition including the packaging for our inspection as we will not consider an item for FULL refund if it has been tried on.
- Pierced Jewellery: if the seal/bag has been tampered with or is broken, will not qualify for a refund.
- Hosiery: if the hygiene seal is not intact - Ladders, snags, holes or friction rub marks are not defects once the item has been tried on and or worn.
- Underwear: if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels/ tags/connectors have been broken.
Please note we do not accept returns outside the dates stated in our returns policy above.
No returns or claims will be accepted after a period of 30 days from delivery for faulty or damaged goods.
