Disappointed

Hi, I was very disappointed as these were a Christmas present and was for a Christmas meal that we had booked at a posh hotel and was evening dress with sparkling dress
So ordered these as you advertised them as sparkling,,,.however upon opening them on Christmas day they were just plain with plain white spots, not like the description
Was really disappointed as I felt undressed for the occasion
I've just put them back in the package
Also I wouldn't mind but they wasn't cheap neither
Can you advise what you can do please
